Privacy and Security Policy:

Slap’s BBQ and any related or affiliate entities respect and protect the privacy of the individuals that use the Slap’s BBQ website and services. Individually identifiable information about you is not willfully disclosed to any third party except as specifically identified here.  Slap’s BBQ utilizes a 3rd party software, Restaurant Catering Systems, for booking orders/events and accepting payments. Please follow the below link to view Restaurant Catering Systems Privacy Policy.    RCS Privacy Policy

Catering/Pre-Order Refund Policy:

Payment.  A 25% Deposit, which is non-refundable, represents your order. If the Deposit is not paid, there is no order, no Contract, and no food! You are required to put a credit card on file. The Remaining Balance identified in the Contract will be charged to your credit card seven (7) days prior to the Service Date.  If for any reason the credit card is rejected and the Remaining Balance is not paid on this date, the Contract is deemed canceled, Slaps will retain the Deposit, and Slap’s will not provide any food or services.

Termination/Modification:

Notice of a cancellation or reschedule must be received IN WRITING a minimum of 10 days prior to your Service Date by emailingcatering@slapsbbqkc.com. If notice is received at least 10 days prior to the Service Date, the Deposit can be applied towards a re-scheduled/alternate event of equal or greater value, at the discretion of Slap’s. If you cancel or re-schedule within 10 days of your Service Date, the Deposit is forfeited and non-transferable. If you cancel or re-schedule within 48 hours of your Service Date, ALL payments (Deposits, Remaining Balance, etc.) are forfeited, non-refundable, and non-transferable.  Customer may modify the guest count, or the amount of food required if Slap’s agrees in writing, so long as any additional Deposit is paid upon such modification, and so long as such modification takes places at least 7 days prior to the Service Date.
